Syllabus: From Absolute Beginner to Confident Swimmer

Our training is divided into structured phases based on the actual progress and pace of the student.

1 Sessions 1 - 3

Phase 1: Water Adaptation & Basic Safety

  • Blowing bubbles (breath control) and putting face in water to conquer fear
  • Learning to open eyes underwater with goggles to navigate safely
  • Mastering natural back float (essential self-rescue foundation)
  • Basic kicking drills on wall with floating boards support
2 Sessions 4 - 8

Phase 2: Breaststroke Coordination

  • Mastering breaststroke whip kick: draw - flex - whip - squeeze
  • Learning breaststroke arm sweep coordinated with head lifting for breath
